We’ll identify character-defining features, talk through proposed changes, and sort out what matters most-from preservation priorities to practical upgrades. You’ll leave with clear, usable guidance.
Historic Tax Credit Consultation
Guidance through the tax credit process without the confusion. I’ll help you determine eligibility, shape your project to meet the required standards, and prepare a strong application. this includes early-stage strategy (before the work begins) and support through submission-so you can make informed decisions and avoid costly missteps.
House Histories and National Register Nominations
Research-driven histories that bring your house into focus-who built it, how it changed, and why it matters. This work can stand alone as a house history or support listing in the National and State Registers of Historic Places. If listing is the goal I will handle the whole process, from research and writing to working with the state preservation office during review.
